My Mission

I have called Brazoria County my home for over 60 years.

I am seeking this office because of these few words, “WE THE PEOPLE.”

I am angry, not as a Democrat, but as a citizen of this country. I am deeply worried as to where not only this county is headed, but what I see happening in our country.

I've gotten tired of a culture that watches as our neighbors struggle while the politically connected thrive. I'm tired of watching opportunities go to those who have made the right donations rather than those who have done the best work. I'm tired of a government that exists for itself rather than for the people it's supposed to serve. The people in charge have had decades to fix problems in this country. Maybe it's time to try something different. Real change will require a fundamental shift in how the county operates.

I want to lead a government that shows up for the people the way they show up for their families, their jobs, and their communities every single day. Political change isn't valuable in itself. Change is only valuable if it leads to better outcomes for people living real lives.
